As Salesforce Administrator, I've been responsible for the overall design and implementation of the Salesforce CRM platform. To meet the needs and requests of both the business development and project management teams, I've enhanced the platform thru customizations by creating validation rules, workflows, report types, page layouts, and sharing and permission settings. Additional customizations include moving our email marketing campaigns to Salesforce, and also developing a project management tracker to provide deeper analysis in our email deliverability for all web-based projects. Furthermore, developed all training materials for both on-site training, as well as conducting training sessions remotely for our international offices. My role at Market Probe quickly expanded to include serving as Reporting Analyst for all of our web surveys. As Reporting Analyst, I have centralized and managed all web based projects for all project teams. After developing and customizing the Confirmit Reportal platform, I've expanded client reporting to include response rate and bounce back analysis, as well as managing the client email database.

As Sales Representative for nearly 5 years for one of the largest spirits and wine distributors in southeast Wisconsin, I was able to develop relationships and key partnerships with my customers. Became a trusted source to manage their inventory and create marketing and promotional events to drive awareness to the brands and their venue. In addition, conducted industry and trend analysis for customers to capitalize on sales and growth opportunities. Pre-planned the daily route to target, and fill distribution gaps, as well as handle accounts receivable, and monitor competitive activity within the territory. Achievements : - Created Captain Morgan's 'Hit the Mark' promotion for Club Paragon's dart season. In addition, enhanced their annual dart tournament by creating their first interactive promotion, and introducing new brands Captain Morgan Black and Captain Morgan White.- Established a strategic partnership with Quaker Steak & Lube - New Berlin, to promote Diageo's Cocktails on Tap system by being a key sponsor for their Bike Nite season. In addition, creating custom marketing programs for their New Berlin, WI location. - Established the relationship between Van Gogh vodka and Marcus Majestic Cinema's Take 5 Lounge to create a custom drink menu and Van Gogh promotional events with key movie premieres.

Served as the On-Site Account Manager for Bossard at Alliance Laundry Systems, manufacturer of Speed Queen washers and dryers, among other models in the commercial, hotel, laundromat, and residential markets. Provided logistic solutions, utilizing Bossard's SmartBin technology and ARIMS software to manage inventory and purchasing for Alliance's fastener and c-parts needs ( approximately $2.5 mil annually). In addition, worked with Alliance's engineering staff, production team, and purchasing department to recognize obsolete parts, in addition to reducing the number of active parts by presenting cost-saving opportunites thru Bossard's e-Shop.
