• Recruited global expatriate professionals for the Minera Panama project team located in Toronto and Panama.
• Implemented an employment branding and advertising strategy to generate global candidate awareness of Cobre Panama and attract senior level expatriate talent within the mining industry.
• Hired 57 senior level project expats at an average salary of $200K+ over the course of 19 months (avg. of 3/month).
