I led projects which provided strategic leadership, change management, stakeholder engagement and policy advice to deliver efficiencies and achieve better outcomes across services.Lead policy adviser and project manager on Camden’s Youth Safety Taskforce, which wasan extensive 12 month investigation, chaired by Sir Keir Starmer MP, to find new ways to tacklethe increasing problem of youth violence and knife crime seen in London. Project manager for delivering a medium-term financial strategy for a key department in the council under an outcomes-based budgeting approach.

Lead Researcher managing a team of 12 full-time policy advisers based in the Houses of Parliament. The unit briefed MPs, including the Prime Minister and members of the Cabinet, ahead of media appearances, parliamentary debates and public meetings on all areas of government policy.
