In his new assignment as Customer Analyst Leader Shane was responsible for providing the sales organisation Data Insights into the Top Modern Retail customers in South Africa - which included Shoprite, Pick n Pay, Clicks, Game and Makro.Shane was responsible for creating Joint Value opportunities between Procter & Gamble and their customers which included reducing Shelf out of Stocks, Measuring success of New Initiatives in-store and advising teams on top selling items in Top Stores.Shane also had the dual responsibility of being the Decision Cockpit ( Intranet Dashboard ) Adoption Leader for South East & West Africa, with the responsibility to ensure that all business relevant data and measures used for decision making by senior management and the organisation are up to date on a daily basis.

Returning back to South Africa, Shane was assigned to manage the IT Infrastructure ( LAN, WAN, IT Support ) and Facilities for Procter & Gamble South Africa. As a manager Shane managed the staff from Jones Lange Lasalle ( facilities) and Hewlard Packard ( IT Support and Infrastructure ) to oversee and govern their budgets, projects, internal controls and business continuity planning.Shane was also the Health and Safety Leader for P&G South & East Africa and was key in the execution of their disaster recovery plan and evacuation during athreat to the organisation.

Promoted in 2004 to MEA Infrastructure Leader for Gillette, Shane was responsible for Infrastructure and facility services for the head-offices in Dubai, Egypt, Morocco and South Africa while he was located in Dubai.With Procter & Gamble, Shane was assigned to manage Infrastructure and facilities for the Arabian Peninsula and Pakistan.Shane was responsible for the co-location and integration of the facilities and infrastructure of the two companies.

Shane was responsible for the Local and Wide Area Network - which included configuration of switches and routers as per Global policies and guidance.Shane was also responsible for local desktop, hardware, application and server support.
