The most rewarding part of my time at TeamLogic was helping a business owner solve a business problem using technology. To me, there was nothing like the, "Aha moment," when I helped someone see that technology can be used to grow their business with efficient and effective technology tools so they had more time to spend with their families or doing the things they loved. Facilitating the "Aha moment" required a marketing strategy based around education. During a presentation, my team and I educated a group of small business owners on three ways to make IT systems work for business Reactive, Preventative, and Proactive . This education approach was also used in all social media marketing campaigns.When I was not focusing on building brand awareness and establishing and maintaining relationships, I enjoyed supporting TeamLogic from within.
