As a key member of the senior leadership team, consulted and provided influential partnered across multi-location, multi-function business groups and staff to facilitate operational planning (near-term) and strategic workforce planning (long-term) initiatives to deliver a talent strategy and pipeline that achieved short- and long-term objectives throughout the full-cycle recruitment process of union, non-union, exempt, and non-exempt talent across the enterprise. Engaged with all levels of the organization and collaborated with all HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to foster alignment between the business operations and the Talent/HR practices and objectives. Planned and directed work activities of local and virtual recruiting teams through the pre-employment process from job posting through day-one new hire onboarding including coordinating and conducting hiring events as well as all related administrative, background, and clearance processes while ensuring compliance with all applicable company and regulatory policies and procedures regarding applicant tracking. Acted as trusted advisor by providing proactive and strategic Talent consultancy, advice and coaching to business leaders and HR partners to develop and execute staffing plans and recruiting initiatives for high-volume, entry-level, and Corporate/Professional roles. Researched and identified candidate recruiting sources and community partners; analyzed recruiting trends to ensure recruiting plans were competitive and current.

Reviewed OI claims for history or pattern and reported injury analysis to business partners. Corresponded with Worker’s Compensation vendor to ensure accurate and timely reporting, treatment, and payments.

Managed 30+ team members responsible for performing various administrative functions including processing payroll, employment status changes and onboarding activities; as well as FMLA and NJ FML requests. Provided coaching and feedback, established and monitored goals, and conducted attendance and performance reviews.
