Transportation Options Program Manager
Current*Leads the development and implementation of non-infrastructure strategies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from transportation and increase active modes in Eugene.*Develops, innovates, implements and administers transportation options programs, campaigns and projects like SmartTrips: Eugene and Eugene Sunday Streets to effectively meet City goals.*Oversees the city’s work on shared micromobility including contracts and relationships with shared micromobility providers.*Research and analyze best practices and evaluate and revise programs regularly to create and innovate the programs to best meet our current needs.*Oversees implementation of forthcoming regulations that will require developers and employers to provide transportation options.*Prepares grant applications, ensures compliance with grant reporting requirements; serve as department liaison with granting agency.*Prepares and administers budgets, prepares cost estimates for budget recommendations, monitors and controls expenditures.*Develops, directs and implements resource development policies and procedures. Writes and manages sponsorship packages and partnership agreements.*Negotiates contracts with vendors.
