Its been built on a keen mix of research, education, and from the trenches experience.I've been involved in everything from staffing Greenfield sites to working with 100 year old companies. 1 man operations to multinationals. I've also successfully founded and grown 5 of my own businesses, as well as invested in or advised many others. Its no wonder then, when I found putting training online can save up to 85c in the training dollar and reduce delivery time by 2/3rd, I was moved to action. After seeing these results in our own organisations, we started a journey to help others.We do this through OTrain, where we put YOUR training online. We are the trusted partner for online training to a number of organsiations throughout Australia, and a growing client base in the US. We have a web based software solution to host and deploy online training, and a studio team who create engaging and interactive elearning programs.
