My goal oriented and results driven nature has allowed me to use my education and background in human resource management and development to transcend all expectations. After years in HR Management and Development, I had a successful career as a restaurant entrepreneur before finally finding my home with the non-profit community, specifically serving Atlanta's Veterans and Displaced Veterans.I have extensive experience in working with diverse groups of people and situations requiring resourcefulness, timeliness, organization and high levels of enthusiasm. I'm proven to be successful at motivating and fostering an environment of creativity, teamwork and accomplishment while working well under pressure and with rigid timelines.Since my time in the Marine Corp, I have had successful positions with companies such as Cydcor, a highly respected marketing firm for small businesses to Fortune 500 companies before I transitioned into restaurant entrepreneurship and finally finding my home working with the non-profit community, specifically with veterans and displaced veterans in the Atlanta market.
