Operated a Ground Based Operational Surveillance System (GBOSS) and monitored physical security on a 24 hour basis. Supervised all entrance control points and screened all personnel that entered with zero incidents. Developed Facility Security Plans and ensured that all personnel were properly trained for any incident that might occur. Entered all required data into the Physical Security Data Bases. Managed over 50 personnel on a daily basis to ensure they were on track with their professional and career desires. Maintained accountability of military equipment and vehicles valued over $30 million with no losses. Implemented inventory, management, and accountability processes for a $15.1M account consisting of 538 equipment items and 100,000 pieces of ammunition.
