The was groundbreaking so it was also "on me" while bootstrapping to build out the client list and close deals to prove the product/market. My role also assisted to enhance product development and road map initiatives based on GTM findings. Motivosity is a SaaS solution which centers around cultivating company culture, recognizing milestones or culture-oriented behavior, as well as increasing overall workforce engagement.

Product planning/launch/development strategy for an array of communications products tailored to professional drivers in the transportation sector. Manage advertising, analysis, partnerships, customer communications, inventory logistics, media planning, product management, promotions, event marketing, competitive research, sales collateral and overall strategy.

Generated new accounts for the business/corporate travel segment, driving business travel revenue toward a goal of $91M for 2006 (a 650% increase from the previous year). Awarded the highest adoption rate percentage of booking tool conversions in the corporate sales department (19.2% conversion to JetBlue’s customized corporate booking tool).

Implemented marketing strategy an new account creation for Cloudstart.com, a start-up website offering networking services to venture capitalists, angel investors, and entrepreneurs. Managed all site advertising including: banner placement, creative execution, and account management. Managed search engine optimization initiatives, maintaining good CRM, and recruiting appropriate staff as necessary with expansion.
