Currently, as an IS Application Analyst for Virtual Health and Telemedicine, I serve as a technical and educational cornerstone for the team, specializing in devices essential for Virtual Health. I provide remote and on-site troubleshooting support for our current vendor solutions, maintain proactive communication, and also identify opportunities to integrate cutting-edge technologies like Virtual Reality, Mixed Reality, and AI, all to help revolutionize care delivery. My collaboration with vendors, providers, and care teams enhances patient engagement through varied innovative approaches.Previous to this in 2021, as a Device Technician, I gained hands-on experience with large scale technology projects, device builds and enhancements, ServiceNow ticketing and incident reporting, and efficient troubleshooting. My role involved constant preparation, proactive communication, and ensuring exceptional customer service was delivered every single day.Spearheading the Patient Technology Specialist role in 2018, I researched, evaluated, and implemented technologies to enhance patient experiences.
