• Performed a tech lead role for the MSN international automation efforts. Contributed to development of MSN test framework for release validation, using Selenium and FitNesse (open source tools), WCF, C# and Hyper-V. • Drove the Dublin team’s automation efforts by designing and developing a Team Foundation Server-based UX automation framework and migrating all existing test tools to work under VS 2010 and Microsoft Test Manager. This project won a Microsoft Ireland engineering excellence award in 2011.• Contributed to the development of a customized Visual Studio test project using the VS Extensibility framework to allow for unit testing of MSN features on a single box. This project became part of the standard MSN toolkit used to develop new features and increased both product quality and developer efficiency by allowing for fast local validation of code under development.• Owned cross-browser testing for 8 MSN release cycles. Maintained the cross-browser matrix and VM lab for international test teams and wrote extensive UX and feature level testing documentation.
