I currently handle all aspects of claims for ISI. Claim types include AD&D, GAP, HAP, LTD, and Life. Directing requires me to work with customers, clients, and insurance companies to ensure claims are appropriately filed, and followed up on. As an independent contractor, this work also includes responsibilities related to my previous management position; such as data analysis of call center statistics, communications proofing, escalated issue supervision, IT error reporting, CSR backup, quality control, and creation of procedures/onboarding materials.

I have been making money through various creative outlets since 2007. I managed to increase profits and how the station polled on customer satisfaction surveys, while also extending hours and developing a taxi service from Denton to Dallas for customers with missed connections. The plan was for me to take over as owner of the station, but Greyhound announced a sharp reduction in commissions shortly before my departure.
