The resulting model had a success rate of 70% for generated unique, interpretable notifications. Results tested against users hit target engagement expectations over 80% of the time.Developed and implemented a subsequent pipeline for continuous training on newly scored data.Worked with the Automation and Analytics team to corral, manage and update seriously out of date internal tools written in Ruby.Architected and developed machine learning models for classification of PagerDuty event summaries into noise, non-noise, and possible noise categories. The resulting model reduced event noise by 60%.Developed and implemented a subsequent machine learning model for building associations amount mischaracterized events in PagerDuty leveraging scored results from the anti-noise model.Designed and implemented a pipeline for continuous ingestion of new scored data for both PagerDuty event models.

Assist in developing the team's skills, agile process, and inter-team engineering and operational processes surrounding DealsPlus.com and BlackFriday.fm.Responsible for complete migration of BlackFriday.fm from traditional datacenter to Google Cloud GCE.Heavily leveraged managed instance groups and continuous integration via GitLab to achieve workflows allowing for the extremely rapid scaling of application during BlackFriday rush and rapid re-deployment of code.Responsible for complete migration of DealsPlus.com from traditional datacenter to Google Cloud. The following move to GCE further worked to reduce cost and complexity by utilizing Google Container Environment for deploying PODs of dockerized web services to Kubernetes.
