After being hired in 2003, I created the marketing department and developed a restyled brand image for the company. I created many firsts in the trailer industry, including one of the first trailer manufacturer websites, bringing decal production and graphic design in-house, and the first smartphone app in the trailer industry.My background in mechanical design and understanding of the target audience allowed me to develop marketing materials and education pieces (videos, articles, advertising) that spoke to the hearts of the Towmaster buyer.

On the board, and serving as board Vice President in 2013 and President in 2014, I influenced key decisions on the direction the local Chamber of Commerce took in working with our business community. I then served my second term as Vice President in 2016, then PResident in 2017. I was part of the Chamber's Marketing and Communications Committee and helped design marketing campaigns for the Chamber, including the new logo introduced in 2014.I continue to work with the Chamber in efforts to start a CVB in Litchfield as well as their "Made in Meeker" initiative with Meeker County Development.

MaxSled.com is an online-only magazine that reviews new snowmobiles, snowmobile products, and destinations. In 2017 I handed the reigns over to Wade West to continue the MaxSled legacy and build a better vision for the online publication. It was a great run and a great time.

Hired as a drafting technician after a couple years without a draftsperson. Built the department up from mechanical drafting on the board to CAD drafting with AutoCAD. Hired several people in my department. Developed advertising campaigns, brochures, and owner's manuals for the company. Developed and designed several parts for trailers and skid-loader attachments. Most notable was I developed the first water tanks that hang on the uprights of Bobcat skid-loaders. I also developed a trailer latch system for Towmaster tilt bed trailers.
