1. According to the strategic objectives of the company, make the branch development strategy;2. After the confirmation by group company, implement and formulate the plan on overall business development and annual business plan for the branch3. Operate and manage the branch4. To preside over the financial management and cost accounting control of the branch, and to report on the operation and financial status of senior executives of the Company on a regular basis;5. To participate in the formulation and implementation of the important project marketing plan of the branch and to coordinate and obtain the resources support of the external units (including the group)6. Participate in the discussion of the implementation of important projects and obtain the necessary collaboration support from external units (including groups);7. Responsible for the management of the region and the internal team building, to mobilize the enthusiasm of the work of subordinates, guidance, supervision and assessment of subordinate members of the work.

Phase I work:Assess and identify onsite recognized environmental conditions related to impacts on soil, groundwater and surface water, due to an historical or current use and storage of petroleum products or hazardous materials into the environment at levels which could adversely impact public health or the environment. The assessment also includes the identification of the key environmental regulatory requirements that may apply to the further development of the Site .Phase II work:•Assess soil and groundwater quality at the Site for understanding potential environmental impacts (if any) associated with the above APCs and historical and/or current onsite activities; •Establish baseline soil and groundwater conditions at the Site; and •Recommend further actions required such as delineation intrusive investigations, remedial actions, regulatory disclosure, or detailed risk assessments that may be required should impact/ contamination be identified.Achievements:1. Completed around 20 contaminated site investigations, in terms of laws, regulations and relevant experience. Able to quickly judge and assess the historic potential contaminated sources of soil and groundwater on the site and existing potential environmental issues, such as waste management, smoke emission, etc. 2. Have skillful technical operation, such as drilling, sampling, measuring and resulting. 3. Close relations with foreign medical and chemical clients.
