Valet Closet is a self-storage company that helps it's users downsize their homes from organizing their items into bins till delivering them to storage units. This includes customer side Inventory system, Uber-like Driver app and multiple Admin panels for storage units. I'm responsible for bottom-up UX design solution which improves end-to-end user journeys. - Work in close collaboration with product owners throughout the project lifecycle to ensure the design meets business goals and end users’ needs.- Facilitate internal team communication, bridging the gap between visual design and development- Requirements & constraints gathering through stakeholder and actual user interviews- Use design tools to create storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, information architecture diagrams and user journey maps for demonstrations and user testing.- Produce high-fidelity designs for implementation by development teams.- Conduct scenario-based usability testing with actual users- Present and justify design decisions based on User-centered design best practices.- Review proposed product changes or enhancements for compliance and alignment with desired user experience and suggest improvements.
