ProWoman is an organisation that supports women at all stages of their careers: in their first steps in the career field, in career advancement and changing professional direction.In the program I had the opportunity to meet with women who are leaders and high achievers in their respectable fields. They elaborately shared their career story, mindset and view of life; gave advice and answered questions.ProWoman is currently active in 18 academic institutions in Israel and forms groups of ambitious students who dream big and aim high. In every meeting we had discussions and empowering activities and each member got to express her unique self.

I had the privilege of working for a small company which allowed me to get a taste of multiple professions and to learn valuable skills needed in every organisation.- Customer service: sole responsibility for over 100 customers.- Management of the technician's schedule in Microsoft Outlook.- Basic Bookkeeping including providing invoices, price quotes, waybills, etc.- Contacting customers and offering service contract renewals, preparing contracts.- Back office and administrative work.

- Working in an English speaking environment which helped me improve my speech.- Responsible for scheduling classes for students.- Delegations of meetings for the salespeople.- Cold-calling clients and booking them in classes.- Customer service via phone and in person; solving inquiries and requests.- Administrative work.

I had the wonderful opportunity to have an impactful position in the unit and to be responsible for the data of over 2000 users, including high-rank officers and engineers. - Management and maintenance of EMC storage systems:Configuration, implementation and troubleshooting, migration between storage environments.- Examining and implementing new technologies, leading and executing IT projects.- Creating standard operating procedures (SOP) and project schemes.- Administering and supporting over 2000 users in a Microsoft environment.- Real-time troubleshooting and problem solving, working with multiple interfaces.- Knowledge and experience with data bases and technologies such as VMware, Microsoft, Active Directory, RecoverPoint,Networker.
