· Evaluate medical record chronologies, ensuring that content is correct and complete· Perform quality control audits to ensure accuracy across each function· Analyze case reviews, investigate missing information, and document next steps· Track and report errors and inconsistencies, provide recommendations to rectify· Maintain audit log and communicate results with Manager· Recommend cases for approval or discharge· Assist the Quality Manager with developing, implementing, and maintaining systems and procedures· Continually evaluate processes and procedures and make suggestions for improvement· Maintain a confidential, HIPAA compliant environment

•Perform the medical record retrieval process by monitoring the progress of open requests, resolving issues, and processing documents to prepare for medical record review•Research rejected record requests and follow up with medical facilities and/or claimants, as needed.•Keep track of and implement updates to facility-specific requirements and requests.•Continually evaluate established processes and procedures and offer suggestions for change and/or improvements•Assist with case load audits and reporting•Satisfy invoices and/or escalate for approval and payment•Partner with relevant teams to provide timely information and resources to law firm clients
