As an experienced event Master of Ceremonies and entertainer with a multifaceted career, I bring passion, energy, and creativity to every endeavor I pursue. My journey began in Chicago, where I was introduced to music and performance. From a young age, I participated in various choirs, which laid the foundation for my artistic development. Throughout high school, I took on leadership roles within the Chicago Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.'s Delta Gems mentorship program, serving as Chaplain, Vice President, and ultimately President. My involvement with the Walt Whitman and the Soul Children of Chicago as a lifetime member further solidified my commitment to music and community.August 2010, I found my passion for radio and television broadcasting, beginning with Teen Talk Radio Theatre through Chicago’s After School Matters program. This experience allowed me to hone my communication skills and explore the world of media. My post-secondary years were filled with creative exploration as I joined the Tribe of Judah ministry choir and the Dramatic Guild of Alabama State University. These experiences fueled my love for performing arts and storytelling.In 2012, I completed an internship at PCMA Chicago and worked as a telemarketer for American Family Insurance, ending 2015. After, I worked as a retail associate for Torrid, then in healthcare as an administrative assistant at Balmoral Nursing Home and Home Health Aide at the Illinois Department of Rehabilitation Services. After my tenure in healthcare, I transitioned to after-school teaching with By The Hand Club for Kids, where I mentored young minds. In May 2022, I returned to my passion for broadcasting and entertainment by joining the My Vision My Journey radio show on Chicago’s Fluent Radio Network, leading to a brand ambassadorship with the Black Ex$hange business collective in July 2022.Currently, I serve as a Guest Services Representative at a prominent hospital on Chicago’s southeast side, where I assist patients, visitors, and staff with a range of needs. This role has deepened my understanding of customer service and hospitality. Additionally, I have taken on brand ambassador roles with Parfait Lingerie and Curvy Couture, demonstrating my versatility in the fashion and modeling industry.My diverse background and extensive experience in entertainment, teaching, customer service, and healthcare make me a well-rounded professional.
