With over eight years of experience in customer service, I am a passionate and ambitious Operation supervisor at Loews Hotels & Co., where I focus on ensuring that the reservation team achieves or exceeds monthly sales targets and that our guests enjoy exceptional customer service and memorable experiences when visiting Loews Hotels & Resorts. My core expertise includes communication, guest relations, customer service, and problem-solving and I'm always anxious to learn new skills and challenge myself. In my current role, I am responsible for coordinating with the front desk ensuring response to all special guest requests and making all reservations appropriately for all guests, collaborating with the reservation sales associate to resolve all guest issues, and recommending appropriate measures where required and processing all electronic reservations and ensure accuracy in the same, supervising the reservations team call volume and assist with team members' performance, charging and refunding deposits and handling minor billing matters and issues and maintaining spreadsheet data. I am also in the process of learning different coding systems such as Python, SQL, R, Al, and Tableau to transition my current skills into Data analytics.
