"The Segal Program supports and encourages emerging leaders to engage in a lifetime of citizen service and serves as a platform to promote citizen leadership. The Program is a constantly expanding, intergenerational constellation of citizen leaders working across all sectors, who give each other lifelong support as they devise solutions to society’s most intractable problems."

-Supervising a staff of ten Community Advisors, including the creation of training and professional development programs-Participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation, leveraging trauma response and crisis training-Managing quad area concerns for over 350 residents-Coordinating effective program management in specific areas-Facilitating major departmental functions, events, and processes (including student move-in, advisor recruitment and training, professional staff recruitment, health and safety inspections, etc.)

Serves in an advisory capacity to any and all students, clubs, Student Union Officials, and Student Union Branches seeking guidance regarding interpretation and implementation of the Constitution and related documents and matters that arise under their purview

• Developed the 2020 Women’s Suffrage Centennial Time Capsule project which focused on the instrumentality of women of color in the fight for women’s rights• Originated, recorded, and edited the “Sports and Leadership” Power in Place podcast miniseries using Audacity and Adobe Audition software

• Shadowed the HPRIL Team throughout their mini-grant RFP process as well as assisting in the development of technical assistance materials• Attended WIC research presentation conferences and evaluated innovative ways to improve WIC procedures and policies
