- Brainstorm and research content weekly based on fashion and business ideas/trends- Write stories published on the TU Fashion & Business Diaries website

- Manage 5-10 employees throughout the workday - Responsible for either opening and closing TLC’s “Cake Boss” flagship location with 500+ -transactions daily- Finish cakes, pastries, and writing inscriptions on cakes daily - Crafted espresso drinks, coffees, teas, and hot chocolate in a timely manner- Responsible for opening and closing the registers; including counting the tills and managing end-of-day bookkeeping- Serve customers with enthusiasm and provide them with insight on each pastry- Perform quality checks on products and ensure all items are being rotated - Manage cleanliness and appearance of the store and restock all merchandise items
