I assist the Recruiting and Talent Management team by assisting with Workforce Development initiatives that include recording and facilitating student placement/ preceptor assignments for the entire agency. Further, the Workforce Development division of the Recruiting and Talent Management team spearheads the charge to build the public health competency and capacity of our current agency workforce.

I supervise on-duty employees and establish priorities within the store, such as assigning employees to work registers, stock shelves or clean the aisles. I also oversee daily sales reports, develop sales forecasts and train and evaluate hourly employees. I handle shrinkage and loss prevention by monitoring loss prevention programs, identifying and managing shoplifters and ensuring all prices are accurate and up-to-date.
