I'm Shanice Chan a motivated individual with a diverse background in maritime, event management, and customer service. Through various roles, I’ve developed strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, enabling me to adapt to different environments and challenges.During my 6-month internship at M3 Marine, I gained hands-on experience in the shipping industry. I supported the brokerage team by tracking vessels, assisting with ship chartering contracts, and conducting market research for client offerings. Additionally, I prepared monthly presentations, allowing me to hone my presentation and data analysis skills. These experiences deepened my understanding of the maritime sector and strengthened my ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.In addition, I’ve supported my family’s business during the Mid-Autumn Festival by promoting products at roadshows, where I developed strong sales and marketing abilities. My experience extends to working at large-scale Changi Airport events, where I operated games, managed customer interactions, guided app usage, and ensured smooth event operations.
