I’ve chosen to respond to change and challenge by viewing them as opportunities to fly - for myself and for others that I help learn to fly and grow under my leadership.I am a culture creator/sustainer with a knack for equipping teams to unlock their potential. I use my strategic vision casting abilities and change management strategies to create more efficient workplaces and stronger teams.I am passionate about developing and investing into meaningful relationships.
