- Successfully spearheading impactful Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives for BNY Mellon entities in Pune, India. Customized a highly appreciated virtual volunteering strategy for the company during the pandemic.- Taking ownership of the International Philanthropic Grant for workforce development & educational projects. - Devising targets & activity calendars for individual teams while identifying sustainable projects for the mandatory 2% CSR Indian Company’s Act 2013 Grant.- Community engagement & stakeholder management, including strategic communication for improving the reach of the program. - Handling the ‘Matching Grant Program’ – tracking and utilization of dollars generated through volunteering initiatives.- In addition to the regular volunteering program, instrumental in leading the campaign for ‘Day of Giving’ where employees across teams & levels (Pune & Chennai) volunteer on one single day to impactfully make a difference.- CSR induction for new joiners and interns, including volunteering opportunities to introduce them to the culture of volunteering.
