I work closely with the entire partner ecosystem at Oktopost, ranging from OEM, resellers, agency, and referral partners, to ensure the value of the product and what it can bring to B2B organizations is top of mind.Additionally, I worked with several other departments from product to marketing. I produced and executed our 'From the Experts' webinar series, and produced and maintained our Oktopost Academy training series.

During my time as CS Team Lead, I managed a team of three customer success managers, both in Israel and the US. I was responsible for onboarding and training the team as well as creating strategies to help them retain their customers and ensure they are providing them with the utmost value of the product.

Oktopost is a B2B social media management platform, helping companies manage, amplify and measure their social media marketing efforts. I was able to apply my experience as a customer success manager to manage approximately 150 customers. I provided hands on onboarding and tier 1 support, as well as managed the entire book of business including retention, upsells, and churns.
