As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) I work in an intensive feeding clinic for children with autism who struggle with extreme pediatric feeding disorders. My daily tasks include providing a strict meal schedule which includes behavior intervention plans unique to each client as well as collecting comprehensive data to ensure rigor is maintained. By implementing behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) I worked with a team to address these feeding challenges to aid clients in learning socially appropriate feeding behaviors.

Curate monthly events for the University of Florida Chapter of SISTUHS, Incorporated as well as the UF community at large in order to promote team-building, networking, and collaboration with other organizations.
