At Noted, our customers include many of Aotearoa's community health and social service providers. As a Solutions Analyst, I partner with our new enterprise customers, and guide them from discovery, design, configuration and training to deliver a client management solution fit for their needs and goals. I also work on internal projects to improve the processes that underpin our customer experience, and advocate for the voice of the customer; providing feedback to influence product roadmap decisions and enhancements.

Kāinga Ora is a crown agency providing public housing and urban development. My role in the People team involved analysis of people (HR) data and delivery of insights to support reporting requirements and strategic decision making, so that we can create a better experience for our people. Aside from supporting change initiatives with people data, my highlights included initiating a revamp of the organisation's exit survey and collaborating on process improvements for capturing better diversity and inclusion data.

The Heart Foundation supports people affected by heart disease, funds research and promotes heart health. My role in the Data Services team was about engaging with teams during the transition and migration to a new CRM (Blackbaud CRM). Tasks involved partnering with various areas of the business, analysing goals and requirements to develop reporting, segment data for marketing campaigns and other outbound communications, design and creation of new automated processes, troubleshooting, and end-user support.

Youth Horizons supports young people impacted by behavioural or mental health challenges. My main purpose in the Tukutuku team (Research and Evaluation) was to organise business and clinical data for various audiences, to communicate service outcomes, support decision-making and improvement of processes. I was heavily involved with change support and user testing for improvements to the client management system (Intrahealth Profile/HCC) and developed training resources in print and video to support staff.

Role supporting data integrity, querying and processing data for reports, providing end-user training, and assisting with documentation.

Enthusiasm for arts and culture led me to Auckland Live. As part of the Event Services team, I provided customer service at events across major performing arts venues. I interacted with a diverse range of people on a regular basis, which developed my adaptability.

Longbeach Apparel is a global manufacturer and wholesaler based in New Zealand. I worked in a fast-paced environment involved in the end-to-end process of clothing production, from fabric sourcing to shipment of goods. My responsibilities included product administration for off-shore production, tracking progress of wholesale purchase orders, co-ordinating consignment dispatch of samples, office administration, quality control and liaising with overseas suppliers/partners as needed.
