Worked in the decorative accessories and home furnishings department helping to build ranges with the buyer and develop new samples with the designer. Duties include:- Managing the critical path & holding weekly Critical Path meetings- Liaising with overseas suppliers and working with merchandisers to achieve ship dates - Assist QAs to maintain a good quality level- Complete competition shops and present regular benchmarking reports to aid the selection process- Provide samples and key selling points to the marketing and online departments- Manage the packaging approval process- Lab dip approvals

I worked for the Joules brand whilst studying for my masters degree so that I could maintain my commercial awareness whilst also learning more about the brand. I regularly used my skills in customer service, VM and communication.

Designed museums for major clients. Involved liaising with contractors about works, negotiating prices and developing critical paths. Also regularly presented concepts to clients.

Interior design of 13,0000sqft property, 3D visualisation & technical drawings. Involved sourcing all materials, furniture, accessories & artwork whilst whilst reconciling against the £4m budget.
