Handling intake process by doing initial assessment of potential new clients, managing attorneys calendars and appointments,drafting/filing orders and other correspondences with court, assisting with discovery process by helping out with discovery meetings with clients, doc indexing, summarizing depositions, scheduling depositions, handling EEOC process by filling charges, communicating with investigators, and preparing interviews.
