CurrentAs the Director of Elections, I oversee every aspect of the election process, ensuring that each election is conducted with the highest standards of integrity, accuracy, and security. My responsibilities include managing the entire election lifecycle, from voter registration to the final certification of results. I lead a dedicated team of election officials, develop and enforce election policies, manage budgets, and ensure strict compliance with local, state, and federal election laws. Additionally, I collaborate with community stakeholders, spearhead public outreach and education initiatives, and stay at the forefront of best practices in election administration, including the latest advancements in election security and technology.
