Educate tenants and landlords regarding Housing Quality Standards, income guidelines, and HUD regulations. Act as a liaison between tenants and landlords active on the Housing Choice Voucher Program while maintaining positive relations between the two. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a high level of organization and confidentiality. Support low to moderate-income families, those with disabilities, and the elderly with locating suitable housing. Advise tenants of employment opportunities and educational training. Negotiate and calculate rent amounts based on tenants monthly-adjusted gross income. Investigate fraudulent activities and information by taking action on those not following agency policy/procedure. Audit agency files to ensure compliance with CMHA’s administrative plan and the Section 8 Management Assessment Program (SEMAP). Locate social/community agencies that can assist with tenants needs. Maintains a current caseload of over 500 families

Licensed agent in the State of Ohio engaging in transactions due to the purchase or sale of single family homes, farmland, multi-family dwelling, commercial, retail, or industrial property, specializing in residential sales (new and existing homes). Produce all marketing and self-promoting materials.
