Primary management, training and development of the RRO Drafting and Review Team within the organisation:- New and existing rent repayment order specialists with a primary focus on reviewing and developing their technical skills in the preparation and submission of legal documents as well as their correspondence skills in maintaining tenant relations.RRO Review Team Leader: Primarily responsible for the preparation, review and submission of all Rent Repayment Order applications carried out by the team on behalf of tenants.Outreach and Business Development: Assisting directors in their approach to business development as well as collaborating with our in-house Software Engineer to create new platforms and processes that help facilitate the RRO Drafting and Review Team workflow with a tech oriented approach.

Justice for Tenants (JFT) is a not for profit organization that provides free advice for tenants with questions about the law, their rights, as well as options for their current situation.- Carrying out research to unearth suspected unlicensed HMOs. Physically investigating premises and asking tenants questions to affirm whether the law has been broken, gathering evidence where necessary.- Creating Excel databases to filter out properties which do not meet some of the criteria (e.g. Licensed, Council Housing, Housing Association, etc) for being an unlicensed HMO within Tower Hamlets and Excel tables to automate Universal Credit calculation processes within an applicant's claim where applicable.- Reviewing Rent Repayment Order applications to the tribunal and compiling required evidence bundles.

Key Responsibilities:• Compose 3-4 weekly articles on WordPress and participate in bi-weekly columns.• Collaborating with colleagues to create quarterly guides for upcoming anime - in which I write some of the previews for shows while formatting and compiling the HTML needed for our entire project.• Created and currently manage the website’s Discord server where the community gathers.• Phased out Flash Player and implemented HTML5 as the website’s video player through basic coding skills.• Communicating and coordinating with other writers on Slack.

Customer Service: Advising and serving customers, communicating with the store manager and colleagues, handling monetary transactions, pulling forwards and stocking shelves.Technical Staff: Processing and registering Boots Advantage Card applicants onto an online database.

Assistant: Assisted qualified solicitors, and worked with other law students to assist people who had tenancy and property issues, giving advice to people with employment contract issues and those looking to gain citizenship.Admin: Helped schedule appointments and recorded details of meetings.
