• I was responsible for configuration, integration testing and user training in following area –
• Purchasing – Master data load – Material master, Vendor master, Info records,quota arrangement, open POs, open requisitions, Inventory load, Standard PO, subcontracting PO, Stock transport PO, Consignment stock.
• Set up warehouse layout for Bradley’s 6 warehouses including manufacturing plants
• Define putaway and removal strategy for each warehouse per requirements.
• Defined control cycles for back flushing production order components & control cycles for KANBAN
• Defined fix bin replenishment for some of the warehouses per requirement

• Logistics Invoice verification (LIV)– Tolerances, IV with 2 way-3way match, invoice posting using FB60, Posting unplanned freignt cost, invoice processing with EDI-810 and automatic invoice processing ERS
• WM / Shipping & Delivery – Warehouse layout for 15 plants, putaway and removal strategies per each individual warehouses requirements. RF transaction development for pick, pack and loading. Delivery due list.
• IM and WM movements with RF scanning, Handling units, Auto packing, pcking instructions and packing instruction determination, Batch management, serialized products, Physical inventory – cycle counting, inventory.
• WM integration with PP, QM, MM and SD

• Wickes furniture is a company in furniture manufacturing and distribution. They have 8 distribution centers and 57 retail stores. I was involved in testing business scenarios and fixing post go-live issues on this SAP.
• Worked primarily in following area:Master data, Requisitions, Purchasing,Contracts & scheduling agreements,, MRP, auto replenishment between sites, stock transfer, physical inventory, Goods movements, order types.

My role on this project was to gather user requirement, design business processes and do configuration in SAP to support designed business processes in MM for direct procurement and SRM for indirect procurement. I was also instrumental in implementing QM module for phase I that included incoming material inspection and interface with production system..
