-Take a lead role in the implementation of the project activities,-Data analyses of the cases handle by the organization and produce the report-Maintain effective communication with government and non-government stakeholders including partner organizations, donors, and media.-Take lead role in developing IEC materials under the project-Monitor the progress of the activities on the basis of the work plans and action plans.-Support the organization in preparing progress reports in regular intervals and as per donor need; ensure timely submission of reports to the donor.-Prepare a report of core activities of the organization whenever required-Coordinate with the management department for administrative and financial matters.-Strengthen the data system from the development, rollout, and evaluation of research protocols,

•Responsible in planning, organizing, budget management, implementing & reporting of safe abortion and National ASRH program activities and work on several research assignments including monitoring.•Conducting various orientation and advocacy.•Providing technical support in expanding and implementation of National ASRH program in Rupandehi and safe abortion service program in both Rupandehi and Sarlahi Districts in close coordination with Provincial Health Division, Provincial Health Directorate, Local Governments, D/PHO, Hospitals & service sites and other health related stakeholders for program integration, collaboration, and ownership.•Conducting data verification and review meetings.•Providing technical support to implement pilot project of medic mobile for retrieving quality of data.•Monitoring quality of health services at health facilities through Quality Improvement (QI) tools.•Conducting Value Clarification and Attitude Transformation (VCAT) program to nursing staffs regarding sexual & reproductive health.•Conducting capacity building program of health coordinators, partners, CSOs & community volunteers. •Providing technical support of Client Oriented Provider Efficient (COPE) approach to ensure minimum requirement of quality safe abortion services in health institutions are met, and so on.

• Plan, execute and evaluate overall program of the college.• Carryout classes.• Coordinate with the District Public Health Office, Hospital and other technical colleges.• Coordinate with concerned VDC and local authorities for conducting comprehensive Community Health Diagnosis programme.• Supervise and monitor students on the clinical health practice and community health practice field.• Provide technical guidance and continuous motivation to students & teachers on academic goals and educational issues.• Develop and manage comprehensive academic support programme.• Prepare and maintain student records according to college administrative regulations, Nepal Health Professional Council, Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training policies.
