Project Manager
CurrentJob Role:- Owning end-to-end project management processes starting from conception to implementation. Understand the customer/business sponsor's expectations to fulfil the requirements.- Manage project financial actuals and forecasts to keep it on track.- Active involvement in the pre-sales for identifying scope and produce rough order estimates.- Act as an escalation point for program/project related change implementations.- Active involvement in the technical reviews and design discussions.- Maintain organisation KPIs, accountable for results of the project in terms of Cost, Time and Quality.- Agile Software development and deployment. Drive various tests at different stages of the project. Includes UATs, Integration tests, Performance and Endurance tests, Disaster Recovery tests to ensureRegulatory and Security compliance are met.- Working closely with the Sponsor, internal and external Stakeholders and change board to avoid change conflicts and dependencies from other projects and run operations.- Liaising with Project and Run operation teams for planning and implementation. Co-ordinate with Operation teams for the Promoteto-Production (P2P) of the new infrastructure and applications for asmoother handoff.- Creating & maintaining project documents (Project Schedule, Risk Register, Financial reports/Cost model, Status Reports, Change Records, Communication plan, Lessons learnt... etc).- Preparing and driving the Go-to-Green plans for red/amber projects. Identifying the risks and issues proactively, mitigating them accordingly.- Team Management, Leading and guiding the team, resolving the Conflicts, Problem Solving, Decision Making and Escalation Management.
