for Activity Based Costing (Manufacturing Application) As the lead analyst working on Chrysler Corporation, was involved during the design and development of client /server and mainframe system(s) and has built an interface between the Manufacturing systems and the Activity Based Costing system. The main function was to map and capture all the relevant data for various plants (42 plants) before it got initialized for the model year and stores them in a data warehouse. The data warehouse was built in a DB2 environment. An interface was developed to transfer the data was transferred from mainframe environment to PC. The data had to be manipulated before it can load into third party software (Profit Manager), which exploded the Activity Based Costing Analysis. An interface was developed in a client server environment using Powerbuilder and Sybase for data scrubbing purpose. As a Lead programmer was involved in customizing the medical package system "DataScan". This package was a client server package.
