 Managing US (Core) Fund Accounting process, a team of 100 FTEs Responsible for construction and dissemination of NAV of Mutual Funds consisting of Open ended, Pension Funds & Money Market Fund based out of Ireland, United Kingdom, Luxembourg and United States. Responsible for Managerial check to control ledger accounts pertaining to P/L & Balance Sheet and resolving high value NAV alerts. Preparation of Client reporting weekly & monthly basis, incudes, trustee pack, Fund tax report, holding report, long value asset report etc.  Managing performance metric of the process and individual Manager and employees.  Knowledge of Fund Share Capital & Class, SWING adjustment & co-efficient, Derivatives Margin, Mark to Market adjustment & total equity check, Dilution Levy, Fair Value adjustment, Rebate & Waiver calculation, Smoothing of Fund, Share Class Divergence, FOF Pricing, Fixed and Variable Expense accrual, Yield and income check, Distribution class rate, 1 Dollar NAV review, amortization and accreditation and Fund Pricing (NAV dissemination).

a. Managing a team of 46 FTE’s & ensuring timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels for Cash reconciliation, Stock reconciliation & Income Verification process for over 2500 Funds.b. Job responsibility includes timely validation and affirmation of all transactions in the accounting & custody books, timely follow up & escalation of exceptions, analytical review of exceptions to determine and validate those cause large impact on NAV.c. Active coordination with Back Office and Middle Office in order to get the exception resolved on timely manner. d. Align the process to meet changing Client expectation, this involves the use of Six Sigma & LEAN tools which help reduce the error & increase operation efficiency.e. Providing class room training & OJT to new & existing employee to increase the knowledge about capital market & various products being traded. f. Conducting skip level meeting & providing feedback to all employees, help developing the career of employees.g. Knowledge and experience of Equity, Fixed Income, Money Market, and Foreign Exchange trade settlement and product life cycle.
