Service Assurance (SA): Monitoring and maintaining the National Network using NMS for ensuring the maximum uptime of the services Includes trouble shooting the Network and equipment problemsSupport to CNMS Team and L2 team during major outages & training to Team member. Handling internal and external escalation (interface to IP NOC, SD NOC and Voice NOC) Restoration of traffic during major outages by rerouting on alternate path available. Lining up, Commissioning, monitoring, fault analyzing and fault rectification of International and National Traffic & Technical Support for Field Staff Traffic routing change implementation, Commissioning and maintenance of End-to-End Trails created in NMS New circuit provision as per the work-order Testing and commissioning of SDH Equipments in N/W, Coordination with vendors for preventive maintenance activity scheduling & regular health check up of network in terms of Power Level & Equipment alarm To Keep IPLC, NPLC & Leased line customer’s traffic uptime 99% by keeping ECI, Alcatel, Tejas, Fibcom & Huawei system operational round the clock. Attending ISP, Erroring and hardware issues, P.E Handling & DCN related issue. Finding root cause analysis (RCA) of potential and traffic outage related problems & Provide RFO
