• Internal controls - Including stringent controls over day-to-day activities. Internal checks and controls over invoicing, expense management and controls.• Reviewing and analyzing the variance for the actual Vs Plan expenses/Prior year/reforecast/prior quarter & preparing the commentary for the same.• Evaluating the financial position of the company through correct analysis of every monthly income statement, quarterly revenue, Balance Sheet, and expense report.• Responsible for vendor payments and statutory deductions and compliances of TDS, GST or any other statutory compliance requirements as per statutory requirements and timelines.• Drive the process automation and standardization of various reports/ working• Prepare regular reports on account receivable ageing, cash flow projection, and collection efforts. Analyze trends and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize cash flow.• Developing and maintaining tax plans, compliance procedures and risk assessment frameworks, to ensure effective tax management.• Preparation TDS liability monthly basis under the different head of deduction and online deposition of TDS & Filing E Return.• Coordinating with Internal, Statutory, Tax Auditors, ensuring that timescales are communicated & agreed, and auditors’ requirements are met for timely completion of their work and getting timely audit sign off with no qualifications. Prepare technical memos for accounting position adopted by the company in alignment with auditors

Internal checks and controls over invoicing, expense management and controls• Assist the Financial controller in preparation of the annual Budget and financial forecasting.• Review of Journals, reconciliations, Preparation of Back-up schedules, ledger analysis, automate and streamline reporting and make sure that there is accurate and timely processing of Account receivables and payables activities.• Responsible for creating chart of accounts and proper invoice verification and Timely payments to all vendors.• Responsible for vendor payments and statutory deductions and compliances of TDS, GST or any other statutory compliance requirements as per statutory requirements and timelines.• Responsible for regular vendor reconciliation and closer of all reconciliation points, if any and verification of provisions correctly posted in books of accounts at the month end & month end activities are done within timelines.• Responsible for maintaining adequate documents and records from Tax and other statutory compliance perspective.• Responsible for the preparation of Management dashboard and MIS reports• Monitor all Capital expenditures against the annual budget and work towards effective cost.• Drive the process automation and standardization of various reports/ working.• Well versed with Bank guarantee process cycle, Foreign Remittances, and strong bank liaison.• Prepare regular reports on account receivable ageing, cash flow projection, and collection efforts. Analyze trends and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize cash flow. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts, payment history, and communications, update customer information credit terms as needed in accounting systems.• Receive and records payments from customers via various channels such as cheques, Credit cards, EFT platforms.
