• MW Link Installation /Integration/Commissioning.• Coordinating with Project personals reg new cell sites, POI &Leased line augmentation.• Coordinating and maintaining a very big team of various AMC persons of Power, DG, and Aircon & Riggers.• Handling of Installation team’s reg quality of the site, VSWR measurements & BER test meters, ext alarm clearance.• 24/7 service in case of site down situation due to power failure, 2M failure, or any other reason• DLUB & LTGM module testing and servicing of Subscriber line modules Analog (SLMA) in QC.• Doing BOOT IN test, RUN IN test and BURN IN test for SLMA, DLUB and LTGM modules in QA.

Roles:• Lead the Project and O&M team ensure the quality of Network on Infra Equipment.• Commissioning, Software Upgradation, provisioning of 2MBPS channels of Huawei BSC (Base Station Controller).• Commissioning, Software installation, provisioning E1(2MBPS) on Alcatel and ECI Multiplexers (Micro SDM, BG20, BG40, XDM100, XDM500.• From ECI and AlCATEL EMS, NMS Done the Node protection, Software upgradation, E1 provisioning, Link creation between all the nodes among the network.• Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance and planned Maintenance of BTS and transmission equipment.• Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels and ability to motive team members.• To take active part of Telecommunication Infra structure.• Plan for upgrading to Infra Equipment.• Monitoring infrastructure alarm at customer node (MSC/BSC locations) and escalation as per the matrix, Ensuring timely rectification of the infrastructure alarm/ equipment.• Ensuring 100% Site Automation including the wiring and alarm termination.• Maintenance & Sharing infrastructure database with Huawei on Monthly Basis.• Clearing infra alarms within the SLA time
