As a Project Manager, I oversaw a 75,000 sq ft residential apartment project, coordinating seamlessly with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely and quality delivery. In my role as a Project Engineer, I managed residential and commercial projects totaling over 120,000 sq ft, where I excelled in quantity surveying, tender finalization, rate analysis, and procurement.My tenure in the industry further solidified my expertise in executing complex projects, including residential bungalows, villas, and multi-story apartments, as well as commercial complexes.
