Created a company of 20 people (engineering and sales) with a co-founding team of 3 peopleGuided the engineering team through the requirements to build a front end and back-end system for a mid-size company aiming to enter the Healthcare service marketBuilt the product strategy, drove feature prioritization and design to build and successfully launch a two factor authentication security product.Helped design and build a 7KW pilot for a Concentrated Photovoltaic System (CPV) in Maharashtra, India with patents on the concentrator and cooling system. Spun this off as a separate entity (NewPowerIndia),built advisory teams and negotiated with suppliers and partners to take it forward.

Developed financial models and term sheet and assisted partner with negotiation with entrepreneurs and other interested investors to close a £2M funding for biotechnology company. Created and executed an innovative growth strategy for BT Retail business unit to generate £50M in additional revenue and £10M in cost savings

Product Manager, InterDigital cellular modem – Product was licensed to Apple for their iPhone 3G.Product manager for the access control and higher layers of a smartphone’s software stack to develop InterDigital’s cellular modem.Product was rated in the top bracket of cellular modems available along with Qualcomm and Icera.o Defined product roadmap, understood market trends, analyzed competitors to identify differentiators, interfaced with customers and mobile operators to understand requirements o Wrote product requirements and system requirements documents. o Led an engineering team that solved for the most critical issues in the modemo Worked with cross-functional teams including business development, sales and engineering to convert market requirements into the a high quality final product that was rated amongst the top modems availableo Worked with product marketing to create collateral that reflected the features and benefits of the product.Represented InterDigital and worked with other mobile companies to incorporate key InterDigital patents into ‘International Standards’.50+ granted patents with more pending ,many of which have been incorporated into 4G/LTE standards.

Delivered two 3G modems as part of a team by optimizing and building algorithms for layer 1, 2 and 3Helped commercialize Qualcomm’s 3G product lines by working closely with telecom operators and partners in Germany, Japan and Korea to understand their requirements and deliver the right set of products for the markets.

Worked at Bharti Telesonic which was Bharti's long distance connection provider.Helped establish the first internal VoIP network for the organization.Worked on the switching side, helping setup the backend network to help Bharti create partnerships with other companies like AT&T and Singapore Telecom.
