Planning - * Preparation of capacity plan for machine,materials according to stock level and forecast. * Submitting forecast to SCM. * Line balancing of components & brought out items for assembly. * Ensuring mould correction and periodic maintenance. * Ensuring machine maintenance & improvements. * Approving manpower Schedule & Machine allocation. * Optimizing daily production efficiency and utilization. * Prepare list of components to be dispatched inline with the schedule. * Reporting to the mentor, the forecast & overcome the constrains to meet the schedule.Supervising - * incharge for in-house products - Breathing Circuits,Filters,Pm line,3WayStopcock * process on daily basis as per controlled setting data * Failure mode analysis & effect (FMEA). * Maintaining of inventory level. * Educating and training new operator as per the quality standards.Monitoring - * Reviewing production orders & schedules. * Periodically review the process status. * Work & Manpower in assembly section. * GMP activities in medical division.
