Identify areaswhere improvements can be made and work with my team to implement changes that canstreamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the quality of care.4 Identifying the process, I want to manage, and determining its inputs, outputs, and key steps.This was helping me to understand the process and its objectives5 Handled three different process of organization deserving in well organizing the work for a team.And supportive for a FE’s in a process of closure. Guiding the team members for prioritizingwork.6 Ensure to close high ageing cases on priority and responsible for team to achieve their daily basisnumber and work for prioritize.

Conducting verification for provided documents from the clients to cross verify thegenuinity of the documents. In regard to all education, previous employment, world check database,address verification, criminal & court verification check etc. Operational work viz maintaining data (MIS), making reports as per SLA and sharing.the same within TAT to the respective clients. Quality check and audit of the final reports before dispatching to clients. Coordinating with internal operational team along with branches for smoothing theprocess activities. Follow up for closing insufficiency with Client’s and Candidates. Regular/daily interaction with report writing team in getting reports closed. High priority cases are given special preference in closing verification. Maintaining accountability for billing details like tariffs to be maintained as per agreement. Vendor Management Training the team in case of process updates and implement the same. Assistance to the reporting authority and the subordinates as per requirements.
