It involved hiring 12 people with a cumulative experience of 170 yrs, 4 PhDs, and 12 MBAs in a short span of 20 days. Singlehandedly hiring them, interviewing them, getting them to contribute to their areas of specialization in the proposal. Architecting the proposal and finally INTEGRATING IT in its present final form and format .
