With close to 2 decades of experience in the technology industry, I have been working actively in Java/J2EE cloud deployment of Wireless/IP applications deployed over Cloud native infrastructure at Nokia and at earlier organizations. Always seen by my team as a visionary of products, design and roadmap based on customer expectations and technology trends. Always seen as a person who loves ideas to be bounced on, so that different approaches of delivering solutions to the customer can be brainstormed.When at Avaya Networking, was in development of Hyper-converged appliance based on Virtualized infrastructure for IP software deployments and upgrades.At IBM Software labs (2010-2014) was leading the development of application plug-able(s) of RLKS(Rational License Key Server) based Administration tools and management applications.Ealier at Nokia Networks (2007-2010), was working part of the NetAct Reporter applications. My core responsibilities included development and hardening of Data warehousing applications. During this time, I got groomed as a Certified Scrum Master (from Scrum Alliance) and was instrumental in developing self-managed teams within the organization. This was done through conducting workshops on agile transformations, in association with Craig Larman @craiglarman.As a campus recruit in 2005, had joined Wipro Technologies as a campus recruit and worked a developer for EMS Craft applications for Nortel Networks' Optical Networking domain using Java Swing platform.
